Sasha Pivovarova Fashion Model

Sasha Pivovarova never dreamed of becoming a supermodel. While studying art history at the Russian University for Humanities, it was only when a photographer friend shot her and sent her photos to IMG modelling agency that things began to unfold for Sasha.

The agency was charmed by her mischievous smile and endless legs, and sent her on her first runway show for Prada. The label was impressed with Sasha and signed her on a three-year advertising contract.

The Sasha spell soon spread like wildfire in the modelling world. Magazine covers, catwalk shows, advertisements, Vogue, L’Officiel... Sasha Pivovarova is everywhere ! She works frequently with photographers like Steven Miesel and Peter Lindbergh. We can most recently admire her on campaigns for Chanel, Armani, Longchamp, Prada, John Galliano, Biotherm and Gap.

Although the Russian beauty is a Professional model, she is far from obsessed with her appearance. Her true passion is art, and it is rare to spot her without a sketchbook in hand sketching everything around her. It is indeed refreshing to see an intelligent and modest supermodel on the scene.
