Fashion designer Louis Vuitton is a native of France and was born in 1821. Louis Vuitton traveled over 200 miles on foot to Paris, when he was only 14 years old. Louis Vuitton became apprenticed to the brilliant luggage maker Merachal, when he was sixteen. Merachal actually worked for the wife of Napoleon III, Empress Eugenie. Louis Vuitton has enhanced many of his skills, under the guidance of Merachal. Later on, those skills enable the Louis Vuitton to establish his own business. By utilizing them, the brand of Louis Vuitton become one of the most desired brands of the world.
