Vera Wang re-launches Lavender Collection


After a gap of a year, designer Vera Wang has re-launched her Lavender label exclusively at Neiman Marcus this time as a capsule evening dress collection.

The Lavender collection was first launched in 2005 but it got badly affected by the global economic meltdown.

While talking about her latest release, Wang said, “This is very focused, there will be dresses that are evening-ish and some that will go into full evening. The definition of evening is so open now.”

Besides, Vera also reveled she has two test marketers living inside her home, her daughters: 21-year-old Cecilia and Josephine, 18, who help her a lot in throwing of ideas on what’s good and what isn’t good.
